			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Gosh it&#8217;s been months since I&#8217;ve written a post! However, I occasionally do come on to check how everyone is doing. I have not been making much progress in my diet &amp; exercise. I have gained back 5 lbs since&#8230;.july? School &amp; work are kiling me! I&#8217;m always tired &amp; stressed out by the end of the day &amp; feel like I have no energy for exercise anymore. To make it worse, I always grab the most accessible food, which are junk food and unhealthy cafeteria-like food at work. I keep telling myself every day that I&#8217;m going to &#8220;get back on the wagon,&#8221; but the next minute I go and make a horrible food decision.  My biggest fear is that  I will again end up where I started. I don&#8217;t want all my hard work to have been for nothing! I&#8217;ve not been feeling so great about myself lately <img src='http://weightlossnewb.buddyslim.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /></p>

I&#8217;ve been *trying* to count my calories since the beginning of this week (something I&#8217;ve never done before!).  I usually eat about 1400 calories a day, which I think is a little too much considering that I HARDLY exercise anymore. Where the hell has my motivation gone? Seriously, when I get out of bed, it&#8217;s a mental battle over whether I should make the 20 min ride to the gym or not. And even working out at home is a struggle for me now too! CRAP CRAP CRAP! I feel like I&#8217;m slowly spiraling towards disaster and before I know it I&#8217;m going to gain ALL the weight that I worked soo hard to lose back!</p>
<p> Last night I went out with girlfriends, which I havent done in a while. I had two drinks! AHH! Soo many calories, then I had a dessert. And I totally overate. I had no idea what happened yesterday but the whole day I just snapped and went crazy eating everything in sight. I really binged, ate three eggrolls, brownie, 2 scoops of ice cream and many, many other fatty things&#8230;.wow. What happened to me!? Food is and has always been something I struggled with, and it always wins! Yesterday really proved that to me <img src='http://weightlossnewb.buddyslim.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> I had like 1 1/2 cups of passion fruit vodka, then at the bar had a vodka cranberry drink. Anyone know how many calories are in these drinks? I&#8217;m having a headache trying to figure it out. Needless to say, I went WAYYYYYYYY over my calorie limit yesterday, which is 1200-1550 calories/day. I think i consumed 3,000 calories, if not more yesterday! SHIT! How to undo this damage&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;</p>

Gonna watch my eating so compensate for that. Plus, yesterday I took a day off from exercising so tomorrow I am really going to work out hard at the gym!   I&#8217;m trying really hard to reach my goal weight of 105.  Some people may think that 105 is too small, but I&#8217;m only ALMOST 5&#8242;3&#8243;&#8230;so 105 still puts me in the normal BMI range.  I hope to reach 110 lbs by late August when I see my family again!</p>

I&#8217;ve been doing pretty good on the goals that I set for myself a few blogs ago.  I&#8217;ve been OK with the low sodium thing&#8230;still sneak in a few salty chips now &amp; then. Only got 30 mins of low-level exercise in today.  Gonna rest it out &amp; hope the cramps go away by tomorrow.</p>

I&#8217;ve been doing some research &amp; I know $400 will not buy me a great treadmill.  And I know that if I want to get a great, quality treadmill I will have to spend over $1,500, but I don&#8217;t have that kind of money now.  So I&#8217;m asking for your help: Have any of you bought or used decent treadmills that cost under $400? Also, any advice on where I can get good treadmills?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey buddies. I have been exercising consistently, but have REALLLLy fallen off the wagon in terms of my diet. Like yesterday, I ate tons of white noodles with curry &amp; binged on other greasy food all day! I don&#8217;t know what&#8217;s wrong with me, I literally just went out of control eating everything in sight!  I&#8217;m back up about 2 lbs to 120lbs now :(.  I have decided that in order to reach my goal weight &amp; to stop sabatoging my workout efforts, I need to create new small goals in terms of my diet. </p>
<p>First goal is to STOP EATING AFTER 9PM!  I ususally sleep between 11pm-midnight, so I would say 9pm is a reasonable cutoff time for me.</p>
<p>Second goal is to STOP EATING GREASY/DEEP FRIED FOOD!  Yes, that means absolutely no more deep fried food and no more food cooked in a lot of oil, with only olive oil being the exception.  That means no more stir-fry when the roommates make it with a lot of vegetable oil! I just have to modify &amp; make my own stir-fries with a little olive oil or no oil at all!  When I first started really watching my diet a few months ago, I cooked stir-fry with just a little water &amp; used no oil at all, and it still tasted great! Perhaps I should start doing that again.</p>
<p>Third &amp; last goal is to watch my sodium intake! That means CUT OUT SUPER-SALTY FOOD like chips! I&#8217;ll admit that I&#8217;ve been eating lots of Tostitos chips latley, but no more of that!</p>
