barbecue today, and lots of alcohol tonight…OH NO!!!!

    That’s always my weekend challenge but the buddys here have helped me a lot with the alcohol thing. Drink one glass of water in between each drink, it will slow down how much you drink and thus less calories. Also helps with the hangover :) Have fun, you can party and still work towards your weight loss goal.
