when down, turn to exercise!
hey buddies. Seems like everything is going wrong in my life right now. (Thankfully) the only thing that’s going great is my new lifestyle change. I love that fact that now, whenever I’m feeling depressed or down, I can just turn to exercise. It takes my mind off everything else because I’m focusing on whatever I’m doing. Also, I feel better afterwards. I am so proud of myself for committing to this new lifestyle change for the first time in my life. I see the results and feel the benefits. In so many ways it has made me a happier person. I hope you are all experiencing the positive results of exercise as well!
I am going at exercise a little slowly, but really wanna step up my game. You are right, though, I absolutely get out of any funk I am in if I take to exercise. Thanks for the reminder;p

I hope things get better for you. I just read yesterday that exercise will help with depression and relieves stress and I have to keep remembering that. Good going on your new changes!
