update
Hi everyone! I haven’t been on here for a while
I’ve been reading people’s blogs though and even if you guys don’t know this…you guys have been really inspirational for me! Really!!! I’ve not been exercising as much as I would like to lately because of work and school. However, I’ve been REALLY trying to stick to a good & healthy diet. The weight loss has been TOO SLOW for me though :_( It’s been like my fifth week now & I’ve only lost 4 lbs! But on the other hand, I really do feel much better than 4 weeks ago. I feel good & I’m proud of myself for LOSING something. If I had continued on like I was doing 5 weeks ago, I would have been gaining weight & really unhappy right now.
