I’ve been bad!
I find it soo hard to stick to a good diet! I think for me, that’s harder than the exercise part
I’ve been soo bad with my diet lately too! I’ve been eating a lot of carbs, sugar, and junk food this week. I’m really disappointed in myself. I struggle with being a full time graduate student and managing a healthy lifestyle at the same time. I know there’s no excuse…but this week was stressful for me having to write papers and do a bunch of other assignments so I hardly had time to coook healthy meals like I did the past few weeks, so I found myself snacking and buying (unhealthy) meals from campus. I’m going to work out harder this weekend to make up for my week of unhealthy eating! And next week I’m going to make sure I prepare meals ahead of time so I don’t do mindless eating like I did this week! I really want this!!!!
