I’ve been bad!

I find it soo hard to stick to a good diet! I think for me, that’s harder than the exercise part :( I’ve been soo bad with my diet lately too!  I’ve been eating a lot of carbs, sugar, and junk food this week.  I’m really disappointed in myself.  I struggle with being a full time graduate student and managing a healthy lifestyle at the same time.  I know there’s no excuse…but this week was stressful for me having to write papers and do a bunch of other assignments so I hardly had time to coook healthy meals like I did the past few weeks, so I found myself snacking and buying (unhealthy) meals from campus.  I’m going to work out harder this weekend to make up for my week of unhealthy eating! And next week I’m going to make sure I prepare meals ahead of time so I don’t do mindless eating like I did this week! I really want this!!!!

weekends are killer!

So I’ve found that during the week, I’m pretty good on my diet-eating in moderation & eating healthy food. BUT…once the weekend rolls around-I’m eating unhealthy & stuffing myself!! That is obviously why it has been soo hard for me to lose the weight! What to do? During the weekend, there is soo much temptation around because I live with 4 other people-who are not on diets-so they cook & eat all these yummy food that I KNOW are not good for me.  But I always end up giving in to temptation (even if just a little) :(.  What should I do? Any tips? What do you guys do to stay on track on the weekends? How do you resist the temptations?

why is it taking so long!?

Hi everyone. I’m looking to meet some support buddies online on my journey to losing weight.  My goal is 25 lbs!  I’ve started working out about 3 weeks ago-hit the gym 3-4 times a week about an hour doing cardio each time. I was disappointed to find out that I’ve only lost 3 lbs since then :( What am I doing wrong!?!?!? I’m watching my diet too…
